Inspired by Amy’s visits to the Paris Flea Market, Zinc Antiquing Solution allows you to easily recreate the historic patina found on aged metal. Infuse anything from backsplashes and countertops to candlesticks and urns with this special kind of elegance and drama.

Now you can achieve this same aged zinc finish on any piece of galvanized metal to add interest and character to any room in your home.

Amy’s Tip: Share your project goals with your local sheet metal supplier in order to get the right size and cut for your needs.

Zinc Antiquing Solution is designed for use with unfinished and uncoated galvanized sheet metal only. For best results, clean metal with Clean Slate, apply Zinc Antiquing Solution, and buff and seal with Clear Wax. An annual application of Clear Wax is recommended for full protection on your piece.

For class reservations: Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
